When mangoes are out of season, you can use dried mangoes soaked in soy milk overnight for this recipe.

- 3 pitted dates
- 1/8 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup currants
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
